Choose Your Coverage: January 9

It's time for the first coverage poll of basketball season!

It’s a loaded slate of basketball games on Friday night, and Bay Preps Insider readers have the opportunity to choose between five options! Vote at the Google Form linked here before 2 p.m. Friday.

Redwood (7-4) hosts Branson (8-7) to open MCAL play, with Cal commit Semetri Carr facing his former team.

Carlmont (4-7, 1-0 PAL Bay) visits Half Moon Bay (8-3) in a battle of two of the top three teams in the PAL’s top tier.

Dougherty Valley (11-5) travels to San Ramon Valley (9-6) to kick off EBAL action.

Mitty (8-3, 1-0 WCAL) visits Serra (9-2, 0-1) and St. Ignatius (8-3, 1-0) heads to Valley Christian (9-2, 0-1) in WCAL action. Mitty beat Valley at the buzzer on Tuesday, while SI rolled past Serra.
