It took one quarter for the Hillsdale Fighting Knights to score more points than they had in the past two weeks.

Nicholas Hanke recovered an onside kick, Jack Haywood blocked a punt and backup quarterback Grant Mattias threw two touchdowns, including one to Haywood, in a 20-0 first quarter that paved the way for a desperately needed 34-14 win over the King’s Academy Knights.
